NUBS China Advisory Board provides strategic advice to support the Business School’s current development and future activities. Board members include distinguished leaders from private and public sector organisations that help to develop strong links with businesses, organisations, and policymakers to ensure the continuing relevance of the School’ s activities. Two members are part of the Global NUBS Advisory Board.

- In 2018, the Undergraduate employment rate :98.2%; Postgraduate employment rate within 6 months graduation: 94%.
- In 2017, Ningbo was the preferred city in which to work for UNNC masters graduates: 47.62% of the graduates choses to work in Ningbo, followed by other cities in Zhejian, and then Shanghai, Beijing and Jiangsu.
- The average starting monthly salary for UNNC PGT graduates before tax and with bonus included was 9510 RMB in 2017,Which is above the average starting monthly salary of master graduates in China (6791RMB) and in first tier cities (7612RMB).
